Q. My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order is more than a day late it is worth contacting your local post depot to see if they have tried to deliver it whilst you were out. Most Murder Mystery games are too large for your daily postperson to deliver and can arrive via Parcelforce. If you are not there to accept the delivery they will return it to the depot although they should(!) leave you a note saying they have called.
All games sent from the Murder Mystery store are sent via first class mail and should arrive the next business day. In the unlikely event that your order is more than 3 days late please contact us to arrange a refund. The Royal Mail's first class delivery service does not guarantee next day delivery and they will not refund us unless the item has been delayed for more than 3 days.
Q. I have an urgent order. Is there anyway I can guarantee that it arrives in time?
Although we offer free first class delivery on all of our games, we are more than happy to arrange special delivery or recorded delivery if we can. You will need to pay the difference and we will need to take your order over the telephone.
Q. What should I do if there are items missing from my game?
Each game contains a list of the contents and details of how to contact the manufacturer if anything is missing. If you are hosting a party and are worried that the contents may be incomplete we can open the sealed game and check for you before we send it. Please contact us to request this service at the time of placing your order.
